Where does Vita Interiors deliver to?
As we are a Melbourne based company all large bulky items are delivered from our own delivery service. We currently only deliver within 50km radius from our showroom location in Ravenhall, Vic 3023. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area please contact customer service on 0422 552 687 or send us an email at email@example.com and we will be able to assist you.
If you have already placed an order online and you are outside our 50km radius we will contact you to provide a delivery quote. Please note orders outside our 50km radius do not qualify for free delivery. You also have the option to click & collect from our showroom to save on delivery costs. Contact our Customer service team to organise and discuss this option further with you.
Please note we currently do not deliver large bulky items to other states but we are in the process of introducing this service soon. Follow us on Instagram @vitainteriors for our latest news and update for when this service will be available.
Smaller non fragile items are delivered Australia Wide with Australia Post.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by doing one or more of the following:
Use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
You will receive a text message on the morning of your delivery to advise estimate delivery time.
Please allow 7-14 business days from purchasing your items, for your entire order to be dispatched and the shipping details confirmed by email and via SMS. This time frame only applies for items currently in stock. Items that require to be ordered may take a longer period of time. Contact our customer service team on 0422 552 687 for more information or see our delivery time frames below.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
No, you cannot change your address once it has been placed.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may not be possible for the courier company to change your delivery address or redirect your order. Please contact our customer service team on 0422 552 687 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you further.
If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to our showroom in Ravenhall. You will be contacted to either pickup your order from our warehouse in Ravenhall or you can organise re-delivery to another address. Please note this may result in an extra delivery fee being charged.
What are your delivery time frames?
Once you’ve received your order confirmation email please allow up to 7 - 14 business days for general delivery. Please note that there may be further delays due to staff shortages regarding (Covid-19) which are beyond our control.
Please note stock that requires to be ordered may take a longer period of time. Our customer service team will advise you of an approximate delivery date.
While we always strive to ensure on time delivery, there might be instances when the package may be delivered past the confirmed date.
Who will deliver my order?
Large bulky items are primarily delivered with our own transport delivery service. Smaller items are usually delivered via Australia Post.
What is authority to leave?
When you give authority to leave, you are allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature.
If the carrier believes the location is not secure, they will not leave the items unattended
If you opt to leave your order unattended, Vita Interiors will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages
I gave authority to leave, but the carrier didn’t leave my package. Why?
Safely delivering your items is our courier’s priority. If the carrier believes the location is not secure, they will not leave the items unattended.
What if I am not home when my order arrives?
Our delivery courier will leave the order unattended at the front door as long as its safe to do so.
If the carrier believes the location is not secure, they will not leave the items unattended.
For Australia Post your package will be left unattended or at a nearby collection point (e.g. post office)
If our delivery courier believes it is unsafe or unsecure to leave your order including large bulky items they will be returned to our showroom in Ravenhall. They will need to be collected from our showroom or delivery will need to reorganised at a later date. This may occur in a re-delivery fee.
