General Returns Policy 

At Vita Interiors we aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. All our products have been thoroughly checked before we ship them out to you. Please read the following returns policy.

 

Kindly note we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items. All sales are final.  We recommend that you carefully consider your measurements, style and colour of furniture items before finalising your order with us. We are a small business and only in certain circumstances (at our discretion) we may offer a store credit for a returned item that is received in the original packaging, with tags and saleable condition. Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange safe delivery of the item back to our store within 7 days of purchase. Should a pickup be required, a charge will apply. Your original delivery fee will not be refunded. 

If you believe that you have received a product with a fault or it has arrived damaged our customer service is here to help. Please contact us immediately by emailing info@vitainteriors.com.au with your order number and provide pictures of the damage in the original packaging as received. You may also contact us on 0422 552 687 and leave a message or send us a text message including photos of the damage, and a team member will get in touch with you directly. Please ensure to include photos of the damage or fault to help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible. 

Please note: If the item is deemed faulty or damaged and is required to be exchanged it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange delivery of the item back to our store within 7 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after this time.Should a pickup be required, a charge will apply. Your original delivery fee will not be refunded. 

 

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON SALE OR FLOORSTOCK ITEMS. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  Some furniture or material such as timber or natural wood may slightly vary in colour due to those pictured on the website as each item is handmade and no two are alike.   Mirrors:  When purchasing mirrors or fragile items direct from our showroom our policy is that we will open the product to show you in store that it is in excellent condition before you take it home.  We do not accept any responsibility for when you leave our store

for any damage that may accidently occur during your own transit or carrier that you may organise other than the one organised by Vita Interiors. 

Cancelling an Order

We may cancel all or any part of an Order (including any Orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if: 

a. product in that Order is not available; 
b. there is an error in the features, specifications or price of a product posted on the website or from our supplier for a product in that Order; or 
c. we reasonably believe your Order has been placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

On cancellation of an order, we will refund your payment to you only if the order has not be placed or is in process with our supplier or shipment. If we cannot stop the shipment of the Order at the time of cancellation you will incur the shipment/delivery fee being $99 (Melbourne Metro area Only) and this will be deducted from your original payment method prior to a refund being issued. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Vita Interiors rights

Vita Interiors reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods prior to providing an exchange, store credit or refund.  

This may result in an exchange, credit or refund being refused.

Please note:

  • Your original Vita Interiors register receipt is the best form of proof of purchase.

  • For online orders your order number and confirmation email and or invoice sent to you is also acceptable as proof of purchase. 

  • If you are approved for a refund, once processed a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

It is the customers responsibility to return the item to our showroom located at 132 Eucumbene Drive, Ravenhall during our operating hours. 

Please note: Delivery or shipping cost will not be refunded.
