What is your return policy?
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Vita Interiors will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement or repair where:
The product is faulty or is damaged upon arrival. You must contact us immediately and provide pictures of the damage in original packaging as received.
Must be returned within 7 days of purchase date with original receipt. No returns will be accepted after this time.
When returning a product, you will be asked for information that is relevant to your return, or to satisfy legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your request.
PLEASE NOTE: Vita Interiors will not accept product return for change of mind.
Note: Some furniture or material such as timber or natural wood may slightly vary in colour due to those pictured on the website as each item is handmade and no two are alike.
Vita Interiors rights
Vita Interiors reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods prior to providing a repair or exchange. This may result in a repair; exchange being refused.
Your original Vita Interiors register receipt is the best form of proof of purchase, however you may provide a clear photo of the full Vita Interiors register receipt, which must include the barcode.
Other adequate proof of purchase that is acceptable is:
- for online orders, an order number or the invoice details, which is provided in the confirmation email for the order;

If you live a long way from your nearest Vita Interiors store, we recommend contacting Vita Interiors Customer Service on 0422 552 687 for assistance prior to traveling to Vita Interiors to return your item or email email@example.com. Delivery cost will not be refunded.
